Traffic analytics and reporting

Hostmatic is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Airbnb, Inc., Vrbo (Expedia Group), Booking.com (Booking Holdings), or any other online travel agency (OTA) or third-party booking platform. All product names, logos, brands, trademarks, and registered trademarks mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to these platforms is made solely for the purpose of identifying the services with which Hostmatic integrates or provides analytics for, and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

8. Payment and Billing

8.1 Pricing

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or pricing tier at any time.

8.2 Billing

For paid services, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

8.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for refund inquiries within 14 days of purchase.

9. Infrastructure & Security

Hostmatic is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Firebase), which maintains SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 compliance, as well as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and ISO 27018 certifications. Our infrastructure inherits these enterprise-grade security controls, including encrypted data storage (AES-256), encrypted data transit (TLS 1.2+), automatic DDoS protection, and continuous monitoring. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Hostmatic does not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOSTMATIC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hostmatic and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
