  • Direct booking website

A booking site for your property, set up from your Hostmatic account, so guests who find you can book with you directly. Separate from today's Direct Booking Website tracking, which connects a site you already run.

  • Google Rank Tracker

See where your listing shows up in Google for the searches guests actually type, across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and your direct booking site. Positions are tracked over time, with an alert when one drops.

New FeatureAug 24, 2026

Setup Walkthrough Video

New hosts get a short walkthrough video linked right from onboarding and from the chatbot, covering the setup steps end to end.

New FeatureAug 10, 2026

OwnerRez Support

Hostmatic now connects directly to OwnerRez, alongside Guesty — OAuth-based, with booking sync and reporting. If you manage properties across both Guesty and OwnerRez, each property connects to whichever one it actually runs on.

New FeatureAug 4, 2026

Remove an Airbnb Listing Without Losing History

A new Settings → Listings page lets you take a listing out of a property while keeping its past scans and data intact, instead of it silently disappearing from your reports.

ImprovementAug 4, 2026

More Accurate Reporting

Blocked-off calendar dates are no longer miscounted as real bookings on Airbnb-connected properties, the Compare toggle now holds up when a period had zero activity, Organic Social Traffic correctly breaks down by platform, and Guest Favorite Gap and Local Rank / Price Watch now ignore hollow or zero-review comparison listings that were skewing results.

Bug FixAug 2, 2026

PMS Reconnect Nagging & Session Fixes

Fixed a false prompt to reconnect a PMS you'd already swapped away from, a rare case where a page load could log you out even with a valid session, and Social Publishing occasionally showing a successful post as failed.
