If you've already connected Meta for posting, it reuses that connection — no second login.

The Listing Audit now scores your title and description with one-click AI rewrites, benchmarks your copy against the top-performing listings in your market, cites the research and Airbnb guidance behind every recommendation, and shows confidence bands instead of false-precision scores.

The Social Post Creator now shows engagement for your entire account — not just posts made through Hostmatic — while still attributing the results of the posts you published here. You get the full picture of how your social presence is performing.
Cleaner Multi-Property Data
If you manage more than one property, your data is now cleanly separated per property. Airbnb tools (Image Analyzer, Listing Audit, Local Rank) plus your Social and Ads connections, posts, and reporting are all scoped to the active property — switch properties and you only ever see that property's data.
Connector Upgrades
iCal and Guesty bookings now feed season-aware reporting so you can compare peak, shoulder, and low seasons; GA4 shopping events flow into your analytics; and disconnect alerts warn you by dashboard banner, notification, and a one-time email (with a reconnect link) if a GA4, Guesty, Airbnb, or social connection breaks or expires.
