Direct booking website
A booking site for your property, set up from your Hostmatic account, so guests who find you can book with you directly. Separate from today's Direct Booking Website tracking, which connects a site you already run.
Google Rank Tracker
See where your listing shows up in Google for the searches guests actually type, across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and your direct booking site. Positions are tracked over time, with an alert when one drops.
Compare Toggle Now Works Everywhere
Period-over-period comparisons now work on every Reports page that shows the Compare toggle — Overview, Bookings, Marketing, and Funnel Analysis — instead of a few pages where it previously had no effect.
Booking-Source-Aware Dashboard
The dashboard now recognizes every combination of connected sources — GA4, Guesty, and Airbnb, in any mix — and shows the right stat tiles for your setup. A new "Bookings by Source" card breaks down the period's bookings by source with count and revenue share.
Listing Health Snapshot on Overview
Once Airbnb is connected, the Overview page shows a Listing Health card with your latest Audit score, Image score, and Guest Favorite count averaged across all your listings, each linking straight to its tool.
Blended Ad ROAS
For hosts with a connected ad account, the Marketing page now shows a Blended ROAS (all booking revenue ÷ all ad spend) and Cost per Booking — clearly labeled "Blended" everywhere, since Hostmatic doesn't claim per-ad attribution it can't back up.
Event-Step Funnel
A new ordered funnel — Visitors → Engaged → Converted — computed by GA4 itself, showing the genuine drop-off at each step alongside an overall conversion rate. New Total Conversions and Conversions by Source sections show which channels actually convert, not just bring traffic.
Seasonal Patterns: Forecasting & Amenity Tips
A new "On the Books — Next 12 Months" card shows bookings already made for upcoming stays by check-in month, a month × listing heatmap replaces per-listing bar charts for multi-listing hosts, and Seasonal Amenity Tips ties a listing's slow months to a season-appropriate amenity it actually has.
Choose Which Guesty Listings a Property Tracks
Connecting a multi-unit or agency Guesty account no longer dumps every listing into one property. Pick exactly which listings feed a property's bookings and analytics, so revenue, ADR, and source mix aren't diluted by units you don't manage there — changeable any time under Integrations.
