Direct booking website
A booking site for your property, set up from your Hostmatic account, so guests who find you can book with you directly. Separate from today's Direct Booking Website tracking, which connects a site you already run.
Google Rank Tracker
See where your listing shows up in Google for the searches guests actually type, across Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and your direct booking site. Positions are tracked over time, with an alert when one drops.
Device & Browser Analytics for Links
Link performance now breaks down clicks by device type, browser, and referrer source — so you know if your audience is on mobile or desktop, and where they came from.
Feature Discovery Notifications
Contextual in-app notifications that highlight features you haven't tried yet. Non-intrusive nudges to help you get more value from your dashboard.
Position Tracker: Hybrid Credit Pricing
New flexible pricing model for Airbnb position tracking — buy credit packs for scans instead of a flat monthly fee. Scan quantities now vary by plan tier.
Dashboard Walkthrough Tour
Interactive guided tour for new users after onboarding. Highlights key features and shows you where everything is in your dashboard.
Multi-Property & Teams Support
Manage multiple properties from one account. Invite team members with role-based access. Each property gets its own analytics, links, and integrations.
